Over two hours, you’ll be supported every step of the way as we use conscious, connected breathing to explore the depths of your bodymind system. Whether you’re seeking emotional release, clarity, or a greater connection to your inner self, this journey is tailored entirely to you. The session begins with an open chat to set intentions and ground into the space. From there, we’ll move through distinct phases of activation and restoration, incorporating powerful breathing techniques and bodywork tools to help you access suppressed emotions, release tension, and create space for healing. Each experience is as unique as the individual – it could be subtle and introspective or cathartic and expansive. Whatever arises, it’s welcome here. My role is to hold a safe, compassionate space for you to reconnect with your breath and trust the wisdom within.
