"Breath is the bridge that
connects life to consciousness"
- Thich Nhat Hahn

What to expect
I offer one-on-one, trauma-aware breathwork journeys designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, inner work and deeper connection with self. My work is grounded, choice-led, and paced to meet you where you are.

How a 1:1 breathwork journey unfolds
Each session usually follows a structure like this:
Intake / Lead up to the event
You will be given some pre-reading and a questionaire to ensure you feel prepared and properly supported for the journey.
Arrival & check-in
We take time to arrive, establish boundaries, clarify your intention, and go over any relevant information from your questionaire.
Guided breathwork
You’ll be taught breathwork techniques to help you both slow down or intensify the experience, giving you the tools to stay in control. We will begin the journey in a ceremonial manner with a short prayer. You will then be guided through a 30-90 minute breathwork journey alongside music. Receiving supportive touch is optional. You are always in control and can pause, slow down, or stop at any time.
Integration & grounding
We finish with time to settle, reflect, and integrate with journalling, some light snacks and sharing. We talk about some action steps to take moving forward, and discuss grounding and integration for when you return home.
This work is not about pushing or forcing release. It’s about creating the right conditions for your body and nervous system to do what they’re ready for.
Every session is unique in that sense.

The method
They say there are many ways to the top of a mountain. Here is my personal approach to navigating a breathwork journey.
Breath + Body + Belief
The breath is the bridge between the conscious and the subconscious. It is the key to accessing deeper states of consciousness and to maintaining our focus within them. The breath is our ally. We have a relationship to our breath that we can cultivate and strengthen every time we return to it.
We will be placing constant attention onto the breath. This helps keep our focus in the present moment, with our emotions, sensations and inner experiences that are unfolding, rather than becoming lost in the mind.
We will utilise conscious breathing techniques to control the experience, through slowing things down or speeding up and intensifying what is unfolding. This means you will be given the tools to go at the pace that feels right for you. These techniques are restorative breathing (connected nasal diaphragmatic breathing) and activation breathing (conscious connected mouth breathing). We will use the full, deep and connected activating breaths to shift our state into a low and slow nasal belly breaths to put the brakes on and return to baseline.
The destination is into the innate healing / harmonising intelligence of the body. In this state, we can safely access old memories, deeply held trauma or limiting beliefs and stories that may be holding us back from our full potential in life. This is the "inner work".
